Ich habe bei RSgear noch mal nach dem 5. und 6. Gang gefragt. Leider haben die keine Lösung, wo nur der 5. und 6. Gang ausgetauscht werden. Das "close ratio" Getriebe hat er etwas detailierter beschrieben:

The close ratio gear box has entirely different internals. It uses a one
piece counter gear and a different main shaft and extension housing. We
have to do a lot of machine work to make this happen. We currently are
supporting over 20 of these units raced in the Grand Am Cup and Speed world
challenge. I wish it was possible to just change 5th and 6th, but such is
not the case. While this conversion is expensive, we have proved it to be
very durable and it changes the loss of rpm per shift from about 1500 to
approx. 750 and this provides better lap times across the board. By using
the Exedy Hyper clutch in a single or twin disc configuration we further
drop drive train inertia which cleans up the shifts and preserves the
gearbox. In the 02 Corvette that I drove last year for Powell Motorsports
we ran consistent lap times on the 24 hour course at Daytona of 2.01 and
fractions. This course is approx 3.5 miles long. Please let me know how we
