Ja Big,
Ich glaube Du bist richtich about rahmen arbeit. Aber I think it's really worth it.
Daniel Jeal, sohne von Goeff Jeal drives a modified ZR1 mit coil over kit and modified fahrwerk (electronic control module und dampfer). Die auto takes corners FLAT und mit diese ZR1, Daniel outruns Porsches 911 GT3 on the track!!!
So I'll tell you soon how it behaves on the road, probably not on the track but at least on the road.
Ahhh BMW I think they should first try to make things right: Luft Massen Messer with garantie, 5 stars with EuroNcap with the E60, stop asking 2700 euros for navigation system
... then, maybe I'll give them my 5er for maintenance. But at the moment, I don't trust them at ALL. They make me laugh with their prices and lack of seriousness. Most of the time staff in the werkstatt do not make the things 100% right and that drives me crazy.
Sample 1: mein 530d hat ein "seized" turbo (loss of power, big turbo lag, and strong whistling noise of the turbo like 10 birds under the hood):
- neu turbo bei BMW handler: 1350 euros mit Mwst
- neu turbo bei independant shop: 750 euros ohne Mwst
- rebuilt turbo by
http://www.turbolader.net: 250 euros ohne Mwst.
Sample 2: Luft Messen Messer fur 530d- Bmw handler: about 300 euros + 100 euros for DME update because you have to pay them for a work they should have made first
. Personnaly I would feel ashamed to ask this myself but it looks like good manners are not in their education.
- VW LMM by ebay: 69 euros ... and it works!!!
