Habe im US Forum etwas gestöbert und die meinen, du könntest Recht haben:
There is about 3" of adjustment. Since I wanted that steering wheel as far away as possible, I moved it all the way forward. Loosen the steering column bolts under the dash and the pinch bolt just ahead of the rag joint. You may have to pry the pinch clamp apart a bit. Then either push or tug on the steering wheel to position it where you want it. Tighten all of the bolts and you are finished.
