Abschmieren des Lenkgetriebes

Hallo,

hat jemand von Euch schon einmal das Lenkgetriebe abgeschmiert ?

was haltet Ihr davon:

"This is a valuable Tool for all C3 owners. When it's time to grease your steering gearbox, this is the only way to properly fill it. These are no longer available from any supplier. For that matter you can't even find a mechanic that still has this tool. I tell you what else, when you fill your gear box, you will notice a big difference in your steering. It is very simply to use, simply remove the forward cap bolt, screw the tool in, remove the rear cap bolt, using a standard grease gun begin filling until you see grease start to come out of the rear cap bolt hole. Now remove the grease tool, replace the two cap bolts, your all done. This grease tool works for all Vets 1963-1982. If you have a C3 Vet your tool box isn't complete without this tool."

ich glaube das kann man sich auch ganz einfach selber bauen

Was soll das bringen? das Getriebe ist mit Fett befüllt, falls es Spiel hat und ein nachstellen nicht mehr möglich ist, muss sowieso alles raus und neu befüllt werden, dafür benötigt man das dann auch nicht.

Die Beschreibung klingt wie eine eines ebay Verkäufers, der was erfunden hat, was kein Mensch braucht.
