TÜV Süd is usually a good place to go, when it comes to Data-Sheets for imported cars fróm the US.
edit.: Seems like the lights are not covered by the Data-Sheet, but certificates available at the same address. You might want to give them a call.

Für viele Antworten gibt es nicht einmal ein Danke, also gibt es auf PN und email keine mehr. Wer Hilfe braucht, kann sich ans Forum wenden und wenn ich denke, die Person verdient Hilfe, dann beteilige ich mich, ansonsten brauche ich Zeit für meine eigenen Sachen.
