Hallo Zusammen,
Ich wollte bei GM ein COC-Papier einfordern, da ich der Meinung bin, dass die DB-Messwerte in meinem KFZ-Schein falsch sind. Anhand der richtigen Werte vom CoC-Papier wollte ich zum Tüv und eine Änderung der Papiere vornehmen. Jetzt kam aber Seitens GM folgende Meldung:
We have retrieved the vehicle details and the vehicle has been produced for the US market (non-European model).
Consequently, the vehicle is not covered by an EC Whole Vehicle Type Approval (WVTA).
Unfortunately, it is therefore not possible to issue a Certificate Of Conformity (COC) for the vehicle concerned.
We also have noticed that the Manufacturer’s label is not an original label. There should not be a WVTA number on the label due to the fact that the vehicle doesn’t have a WVTA.
Es handelt sich um eine US C6 LS3 Baujahr 2008 und ich bin der dritte Halter hier in Deutschland. Was kann ich tun?

Ich würde mal versuchen mit Werner Moll zu eruieren, was da passiert ist und dann, wenn da was gemauschelt wäre, an den Verkäufer herantreten.

So ein Label an einem US-Modell habe ich auch noch nicht gesehen.
Die "e" Nummer kann es doch so gesehen nur beim EU Modell geben.
