Hardtop Frage - techdata1 - 20.05.2016
Guten Morgen Zusammen,
ich biete derzeit ein Hardtop für eine Corvette C1 an und habe nun eine Anfrage von jemandem der eine 1959er Corvette hat. Das Dach ist aber von einer 1962er und ich weiß nicht genau ob das generell paßt? Hinten kann ich schon sehen das der Fensterabschlussrahmen diese Aussparung in der Mitte hat (was ja kein Problem ist) aber ich frage mich eher, ob das vorne am Windschutzscheibenrahmen paßt oder ob die nach 1960 die Biegung der Frontscheibe nochmal geändert haben?
Vielen Dank für Euer Feedback, ich kenne mich besser mit der C2 aus.

Hab letztens noch mit Arno darüber gesprochen,in Holland standen ne 60er
und ne 59er mit Hardtop.
Auch die hatten schon leichte Unterschiede.

The 56-60 tops are 100% interchangeable. Although, there are some minor differences in a few trim pieces and of course they have different headliners.
The 61-62 tops are the SAME AT THE FRONT (as 56-60 tops), but TOTALLY different at the rear. You're either going to screw up the rear of a 56-60 top to make it fit the 61-2 soft top lid, OR, you're going to screw up the soft top lid to make it fit.
My advice--------------DON'T DO IT!!! Locate a 61-2 top that fits correctly!
